Strategy to improve your dating site

I am going to start from scratch and then list 10 steps in order to get a thriving dating site out of nothing. Why 10 steps? Most likely it’s easy to find 3 or 4 steps, but in stead of being too lazy and sit on my comfortable bum, I am sure that with any website: an extra amount of efforts is needed to make a dating site really successful.
